课前准备

室内玩法：用美纹胶带在地上画出大圆圈或方形。用硬卡纸写上以下五个词汇，并贴在相应的形状内：赞美（praise）、请求（requests）、宽恕（forgiveness）、感恩（thankfulness）、求助（help）。

户外玩法：在游戏场地上分开放置 5 个呼啦圈（确保孩子们可以投掷到）。每个呼啦圈外放置一个路标锥。然后，用硬卡纸和记号笔分别写上“祷告”相关的词汇（赞美、请求、宽恕、感恩、求助），并贴在每个路标锥上。

说明

1.做：

让孩子们轮流尝试将沙包投掷到指定的形状或呼啦圈中。当沙包成功落入其中时，请投掷者举一个与该词相关的祷告例子（例如，赞美：“神，您是圣洁的，值得赞美”）。如果愿意，可以计分，每次成功投掷可得一分。

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Inside play: Use the painter’s tape to create large circles or squares on the ground. Use the cardstock paper to label each shape with one of the following words: praise, requests, forgiveness, thankfulness, help. Tape one paper inside each shape.

Outside play: Spread out the hula hoops across the playing area (within reach for the children to throw the bean bags). Place a cone outside of each hula hoop. Next, use the cardstock paper and marker to write/assign a “prayer” word for each hula hoop (praise, requests, forgiveness, thankfulness, help). Tape one paper to each cone.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Ask the children to take turns attempting to throw the bean bags into the shapes or hula hoops. When a bean bag successfully lands in a designated spot, ask the player to list an example of the word in regard to prayer (e.g. praise: “God, you are holy and worthy of praise”). If desired, you may keep score and give the children one point for every successful throw.

Application:Jesus gave us an example prayer (“The Lord’s Prayer”) where He praised God, listed requests, asked for forgiveness, thanked God for His provision, and asked God for help. And these are things we can try to do too when we pray!
