课前准备
用干擦笔在白板的一侧写上“当...时，表达感激很容易”，然后在白板的另一侧写上“当...时，表达感激很难”。接下来，在每张便利贴上写下一种情感（伤心、快乐、兴奋）、情况（拜访祖父母、丢失宠物）或现实情况（家被暴风雨摧毁、赢得比赛、生日），然后将这些便利贴放在白板的中间或附近的桌子上。
说明
请孩子们选择3-4张便利贴，然后将它们放在“当...时，表达感激很容易”或“当...时，表达感激很难”栏下。当所有的便利贴都放好后，读出各情形下的内容。
应用：
很多时候，表达感激之情很容易，但有时却很难。当发生意外，或者我们感到伤心或愤怒时，我们最不想做的就是表达感激之情。但神的话语告诉我们，总是有值得感激的事情！下次当我们想抱怨或因某事而生气时，我们可以选择感恩神与我们同在，感恩无论面对什么困难，祂都会帮助我们。

STICKY NOTE THANKFULNESS

MATERIALS: White board/poster board Dry erase marker Sticky notes Marker DURATION: Approximately 10 minutes
PREPARATION: Use the dry erase marker to write “It’s EASY to be thankful when…” on one side of the white board. Then write “It’s HARD to be thankful when…” on the other side of the board. Then write one emotion (sad, happy, excited), circumstance (visiting a grandparent, losing a pet), or reality (home being destroyed by a storm, winning a game, birthday) on each sticky note and place the sticky notes in the middle of the board or on a nearby table.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Ask the children to choose 3-4 sticky notes and place them under the “EASY to be thankful” or “HARD to be thankful” column. Once all the sticky notes are placed, read the prompts under each heading. Application: A lot of times it’s easy to be thankful, but sometimes it’s hard to be thankful. When something unexpected happens, or we feel sad or angry, the last thing we want to do is be thankful. But God’s word tells us there is always something to be thankful for! The next time we are tempted to complain or be angry about something, we can instead choose to be thankful that God is with us and will always help no matter what we face.
