将床单铺在地上，将一半的重物放在床单的中央。将剩下的重物堆放在一旁备用。

说明

邀请孩子们集思广益，并齐心协力将重物移动到游戏区域的另一端。（可以尝试的方法包括拉动床单引导重物移动、将床单捆起并拖动。）

当孩子们成功移动重物后，逐渐增加重物的数量，使任务变得更具挑战性。

马可福音11:23-24 说：“我实在告诉你们，无论谁对这座山说，你得挪开，投在海里，他若心里不疑惑，只信他所说的成了，就必给他成了。所以我告诉你们，凡你们祷告祈求的，无论是什么，只要信已经得着了，就必得着。”

Move the Mountain

MATERIALS:

Bed sheet (full-size or larger)Heavy object such as books, rocks, or bricks

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Spread out the sheet on the ground and place half of the heavy objects in the middle of the sheet. Stack the remaining objects somewhere nearby.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Invite the children to brainstorm and work together to move the heavy objects across the playing area (suggestions include pulling the sheet to guide the objects, bundling the sheet up and pulling it, and spreading out the objects over the sheet to more evenly distribute the weight). Once the children are successful, slowly add more heavy objects until the task is more challenging.

Application:

Mark 11:23-24 says, “Truly, I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Our “mountain” for this game was represented by the heavy objects on top of the sheet. What method did we discover was the best way to move the “mountain?” The Bible tells us that when we pray and believe, we can move mountains! The sheet represented our prayers, so remember that believing God can, and will, answer our prayers is an important part of spiritual growth.
