在房间的一侧排好椅子，或者让孩子们坐在地上围成一圈。在房间的另一侧放置一张椅子，使其背对着其他孩子。

选一个孩子坐在这张椅子上，背对大家。可以用眼罩，或者让这个孩子用手盖住自己的眼睛。然后，从其他孩子中挑选一名“神秘朋友”，让他/她悄悄走过去，轻轻地揉一揉这位孩子的肩膀或头发。

坐在椅子上的孩子问：“是谁？”

神秘朋友用一个伪装的声音或者有趣的语调回答：“我是你的朋友。你知道我的名字吗？”然后，神秘朋友悄悄回到自己的座位上。

坐在椅子上的孩子可以摘下眼罩，转过身来，猜猜刚才是谁碰了自己，并说出对方的名字。如果猜对了，或者主持人揭晓了神秘朋友的名字，那么这个孩子就可以选择下一个坐在椅子上的人。但必须选择一个还没有坐过椅子的同学。然后，主持人再挑选下一位神秘朋友。

I Am Your Friend

A guessing game to encourage friendship between classmates.

Chair

Blindfold (optional)

DURATION:

Approximately 15 minutes

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Line up chairs on one side of the room, or simply have the children sit together on the floor. Place one chair on the other side of the room, facing away from the rest of the class.

Select one child to sit in the chair with his or her back to the rest of the class. Use a blindfold, or have this child use his or her hands to cover both eyes. Then, select one child from the rest of the class to come up and quietly rub the shoulders or the hair of the child sitting on the chair.

The child on the chair says, "Who is that?"

The secret friend then uses a disguised or funny voice to say, "I am your friend. Do you know my name?" Then the secret friend goes back to where he or she was sitting.

The child sitting in the chair can then remove the blindfold, and turn around. They try to guess who it was who came up to them, and say his or her name. After guessing correctly, or after you reveal the secret friend's name, he or she gets to choose the next person to sit in the chair. However, they must choose someone who has not yet sat in the chair. You will then select the next secret child.

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

It was fun trying to guess the names of our friends. Did talking in a funny way make it harder or easier to guess? (Harder)

We have a friend who never tries to disguise His voice. Do you know the name of this friend? (Jesus)

That's right. Jesus loves us very much. He wants to be our friend, and wants us to know everything about Him. That is why He gave us the Bible, so we can read all about Him. As we learn more about Jesus, we become more like Him. He becomes our best friend. What do best friends do? (Allow for answers.)

You are right. Best friends do things together and care deeply about each other.
