WHO IS MY MOMMY?

A Mother's Day coloring activity. First the children connect the babies with their correct mommy, then color the pictures.

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Before class, print out one copy of the activity page for each child.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Have the children child draw a line connecting the babies with their correct mommy, then color the picture.

When the children finish inform them that there are many famous mothers in the Bible. Ask them to help you list several of these famous mommies on the board. Your list may include some of the following:

Eve - Very first mother

Rebecca - Mother of Jacob

Sarah - Mother of Isaac

Hannah - Mother of Samuel

Rachel - Mother of Joseph

Mary - Mother of Jesus

Elizabeth - Mother of John the Baptist
