课前打印一份“爱与公义卡片”，并将每张卡片剪开。

在白板上画一条垂直线，将白板分为两部分。左侧顶部写上“爱”，右侧顶部写上“公义”。

说明

让孩子们坐得离你近一些。一张一张地展示卡片，同时描述卡片上的情景。孩子们需要判断卡片应该放在“爱”一侧，还是“公义”一侧。

（可选）如果孩子们完成了“透过神的眼目”的手工制作，他们可以通过望远镜观察卡片，假装自己是透过神的眼目在做出选择。

2.说

我们知道，神就是爱。祂以许多方式展示祂的爱，比如赐给我们食物、家人、朋友，甚至祂的儿子耶稣。但神也是公义的神，这意味着祂是公平的。当我们不听从祂或做错事时，神会感到难过。祂希望我们知道自己错在哪里，这样我们就不会一再犯错。有时，神会温柔地引导我们做正确的事；有时，出于爱，祂允许我们因错误而受到惩罚。

Love and Justice

Children pretend to look through God's eyes and choose between love and justice.

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Before class, print one copy of the Love and Justice Cards and cut out each card. Draw a vertical line down the middle of the whiteboard. Write the word LOVE in large letters at the top of the left side, and the word JUSTICE at the top of the right side.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Have the children sit fairly close to you. You will display the cards to the children one at a time, and as you do, describe what is happening in the picture. The children will determine if the card goes on the side of LOVE or on the side of JUSTICE.

Note: This activity goes well with the craft: "Looking Through God's Eyes." Children can look at each card through their binoculars and pretend they are looking through the eyes of God as they decide where the card goes.

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

We know that God is Love. He shows His love in many ways. He gives us food, family, friends, even Jesus. But, God is also a God of Justice. This means He is fair. When we disobey Him, or do something bad, God is sad. He wants to make sure we know what we did was wrong so we don't keep doing it again and again. Sometimes, God gently guides us into doing the right thing. Other times, out of love, He allows us to be punished.

On the board, I have written the word LOVE on the left side, and the word JUSTICE on the right side. I will show you some cards with pictures, and describe what is happening. Then, I want you to (look through your binoculars and) tell me if the card goes on the side of the board under LOVE or under JUSTICE.

Cards (The numbers on the cards correspond to the following descriptions.)

1. Helping someone who is hurt (love)

2. Getting a time-out (justice)

3. God sending His Son Jesus (love)

4. Feeding the Hungry (love)

5. Feeling sorry for doing something bad (justice)

6. Saying nice things about someone (love)

7. Getting punished for telling a lie (justice)

8. Raising Jesus from the dead (love and justice)
