This puzzle teaches an important truth and helps children improve their fine motor skills.

Crayons or colored markers
DURATION:
Approximately 15 minutes
PREPARATION:
Before class print an activity page for each child.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Before handing out an activity sheet and crayons or colored markers to the children explain that God knows what is best for us and the world in which we live. God shares this knowledge with us in many different ways, one of which is the Bible.
Ask the children to:
Completely color the squares that contain crosses, blue or another dark color.
Once the children have completed the activity page, read the sentence to them, and then take a few moments to discuss why God always knows best. Ask the kids if they can think of ways in which God demonstrates that He knows best. Since God knows best, it would be wise for us to listen to Him and live lives that are pleasing to Him.
