Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. -Joshua 1:9
Some days are just hard - a tough test, a fight with a friend, trouble at home. You rehearse it over and over in your mind like the words to a song. But when you rehearse your problems that way, you live them over and over again. You were meant to live through them only once - when they actually happen!
Don't try to figure out how you'll get through this situation on your own. Come to Me, and let Me guide you and give you My Peace. Don't forget that I am always with you. I will give you all the strength and courage you need to face whatever challenges come your way. I will turn your worries and your fears into confidence and trust.

Matthew 11:28-30
Come to Me all who toil and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

不要复盘你的问题
你当刚强壮胆，不要惧怕，也不要惊惶；因为你无论往那里去，耶和华你的神必与你同在。-约书亚记 1:9
有些日子特别艰难——难熬的考试、和朋友的争吵、家里的烦恼。你会像背歌词一样，一遍又一遍在脑海中回放这些问题。但当这样反复“排练”这些问题时，你其实是在一次次重新经历它们。而实际上，你只需要经历一次，在它们真正发生时！
不要试图靠自己去解决这些困境。来到我这里，让我引导你，并赐我的平安给你。不要忘记，我始终与你同在。我会赐给你所需的一切力量和勇气，帮助你面对一切挑战。我会将你的忧虑和恐惧化为信靠。
