诗46:1（可拉后裔的诗歌，交与伶长，调用女音。） 神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助！
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
诗46:2所以地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
诗46:3其中的水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
诗46:4有一道河，这河的分汊，使 神的城欢喜；这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
诗46:5神在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮， 神必帮助这城。
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
诗46:6外邦喧嚷，列国动摇。 神发声，地便熔化。
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
诗46:7万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的 神是我们的避难所！细拉
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
诗46:8你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
诗46:9他止息刀兵，直到地极；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
诗46:10你们要休息，要知道我是 神!我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
诗46:11万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的 神是我们的避难所。
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
